We will be performing scheduled maintenance on one of our production databases between 03:00 and 04:00 UTC (7PM and 8PM PST). We expect the maintenance to take only a few minutes during this window. Ongoing call sessions should not be affected, but you may briefly experience the following issues:
- Errors that prevent one or more of your users from joining a call - Errors when interacting with the Dashboard - 5xx errors from the REST API - Errors preventing new cloud recordings from starting (although ongoing recordings should not be affected)
If your app uses Prebuilt, affected users will see error messages describing the problem. If your app uses our SDKs for a custom call UI, now is a good time to make sure you're handling our various error events and informing your users. Specifically, users should receive an error event if they can't join a call, and a recording-error event if a cloud recording fails to start.
We will update this status incident when the maintenance is starting, in process, and completed.
